Smokey cocktail sausage kebabs (makes 10)
Recipe created by TV chef Rachel Green for Wilkin & Sons. If you can’t buy cocktail sausages we suggest you use chipolata sausages and carefully twist them in half then cut.
The kebabs can be cooked on a barbecue or under a pre heated grill.
Jubilee chicken
A good supper dish that can be adapted to feed more people for a party. Adding the sauce to the slightly warm chicken enables the flavour to be absorbed by the chicken. Allow to stand for 2 hours before serving, if possible.
English lamb rack with goat’s cheese
Chef Rachel Green created a recipe using lamb cutlets with asparagus, goats’ cheese and lavender or rosemary; this time we have used rosemary and chives straight from the garden, just two paces from my kitchen door.
