Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- Olive oil

4 tablespoonfuls Tiptree Orange Marmalade

4 teaspoonfuls Tiptree Chilli Chutney

1 Sweet red Romano pointed pepper - sliced
- 8 sundried tomatoes – cut in half

Fresh coriander

Serve: with orzo or rice and grilled cherry tomatoes
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix 2 tablespoons of Marmalade and 2 teaspoons Chilli Chutney, add chicken and mix whilst coating chicken; leave to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Put chicken on skewer with pieces of pepper and sundried tomato then drizzle with oil.
- Brush grill rack with oil. Place a layer of kitchen foil in base of grill pan (will be easier to clean).
Put kebabs on grill rack under pre heated grill – turn and baste with olive oil if necessary.
Cook for 10 minutes then check. Keep warm and stand for 5 minutes.
- Beat remaining marmalade and Chilli Chutney together and add 1 dessert spoon of boiling water, to slacken.
Serve: put kebab on rice or orzo, drizzle with Marmalade and Chill Chutney then sprinkle with coriander, add grilled tomatoes
