Sticky Chicken Burger

A delicious chicken burger topped with our Hot Mango Sauce and Mayonnaise.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon White Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

Pinch of Sea Salt

2 small Red Onions

¼ pint water
-
4 chicken breast fillets

Olive Oil
-
Butter
-
4 tablespoons of seasoned Cornflour or Flour

4 Sesame Seed Burger Brioche Buns

4 tablespoonsful Tiptree Mayonnaise

4 tablespoons Tiptree Hot Mango Sauce
-
1 large Tomato
-
½ a Lettuce

Directions
Homemade Pickled Red Onion
Put sugar, salt, vinegar and water in a pan to heat until sugar totally dissolved.
Slice the red onion very thinly add to vinegar mix, remove from heat and stand for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Split each chicken fillet open, cover with film or paper and flatten a little with back of wooden spoon. Dip in the seasoned cornflour
Heat oil and butter in large pan, add chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook approx. 6-7 minutes, allow to rest; if necessary cook two pieces of chicken at a time.
Split buns and toast in a hot dry pan.
Once the toasted buns are on your plate, spread with Tiptree Mayonnaise, and add the chicken. Then spread with Tiptree Hot Mango Sauce and top with a slice of tomato, and a few strands of pickled onion and lettuce.
