Personalised Conserve or Marmalade

The jar will include a personalised front label with up to 20 characters, unfortunately, we cannot print emojis.

Once your personalised order is complete, if you have any changes you have up to 1 hour after placing it to do so. To make changes to your order, please contact our Home Deliveries department by phone at 01621 815407 or by email at homedeliveries@tiptree.com.

We reserve the right to decline to print messages that we deem inappropriate or offensive. Currently these are the only varieties available for personalisation.  

Please note that our Home Deliveries department operates between 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. The delivery for personalised products is 3-5 working days, express shipping is not available.

For Mainland United Kingdom, we have 2 delivery options available. Your dispatch email will include a tracking number but the tracking service varies depending on the service provider.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY (Mainland)

£3.99: 2-3 Business Days, tracking is available, sent via Amazon Logistics or Parcelforce, depending on location and courier availability.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY (Mainland)

£4.99: 1-2 Business Days, tracking is available, sent via Amazon logistics or Parcelforce, depending on location and courier availability.

NON-STANDARD DELIVERY

CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY

£3.99: 2-3 Business Days, tracking is available, usually sent via Parcelforce, depending on location and courier availability.

NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

£5.99: 3-5 Business Days, tracking is available, usually sent via Parcelforce, depending on location and courier availability.

ISLE OF MAN DELIVERY

£5.99: 3-5 Business Days, tracking is available, usually sent via Parcelforce, depending on location and courier availability.

PERSONALISED JARS DELIVERY

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

We do not have a minimum order quantity, you can order as many or as few jars as you would like.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently only deliver our products within the United Kingdom.

Please note that we are able to deliver to the Channel Islands, but we are unable to deliver any alcohol products to the Channel Islands.

Any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK or for alcohol products to the Channel Islands will not be processed.

We are unable to deliver to The Republic of Ireland.
