1 x table spoon coconut cream
5 x 25ml shots pineapple juice
2 x teaspoons Tiptree pineapple jam
5 x chunks of tinned pineapple
5 x ice cubes
Etched 454g cocktail glass
Dried pineapple for garnish
Straw
In a blender add 1 table spoon Coconut cream, 5 shots pineapple juice, 2 teaspoons Tiptree Pineapple jam, 5 chunks of tinned pineapple and 5 ice cubes.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into a cocktail glass or highball.
Garnish with dried pineapple.
