2 x teaspoons Tiptree Old Times Marmalade
1 x 25ml shot of Passionfruit juice
2 x 25ml shot of orange San Pellegrino
2 x 25ml shots Cranberry
14 x ice cubes
4 x orange round halves
Etched 454g cocktail glass
Straw
In a shaker, add 2 teaspoons of Tiptree Old Times Marmalade, 1 shot of passionfruit juice and 6 ice cubes.
Shake until the marmalade has dissolved.
Add 8 ice cubes and 4 orange half's into a etched 454g cocktail glass.
Add 1 shot of orange San Pellegrino into the glass.
Strain the mix from the cocktail shaker into the etched cocktail glass, Let it set.
Add 4 orange round halves.
Add 1 shot of orange San Pellegrino.
Add 2 shots of cranberry.
Add 1 shot of orange San Pellegrino.
Garnish with a straw.
