7x fresh lime wedges
10x Mint leaves
3x teaspoons Tiptree Lime Marmalade
4x 25ml shots soda water
3x scoops crushed ice = 9 cubes + 3 cubes for shaker
Etched 454g cocktail glass
Straw
Get a 454g etched cocktail glass and add 8 mint leaves and 4 wedges of lime.
Muddle until a quarter of the glass if full with juice.
Get a cocktail shaker and add 3 teaspoons of Tiptree Lime Marmalade, 3 ice cubes and juice of half a lime.
Shake until marmalade has dissolved slightly
Pour mix from the cocktail shaker into the etched cocktail glass.
Fill the glass to the top with 3 scoops of crushed ice.
Add 4 shots of soda water
Stir together
Garnish with a mint leaf on top of ice and a quarter of lime on the side.
Serve with a straw.
