Brandy Christmas pudding is made with a generous helping of fine brandy, chopped walnuts and golden syrup

We use vegetable suet that contains responsibly-sourced sustainable palm oil and where possible our packaging is fully recyclable.

Our puddings are free from artificial colours and flavours and are suitable for vegetarians with some recipes also suitable for vegans.

Our History

The ‘Tiptree’ story begins around the early 1700s with Trewlands, the farm that was later to become the main site for jam-making in the Essex village of Tiptree. Today, there are some 11,000 inhabitants in what may well be the largest village in the country.

Our farm is LEAF Marque accredited (Linking Environment And Farming), recognising that we work sympathetically with our environment and encourage links with our local community. Fruit crops include strawberries, raspberries, mulberries, Morello cherries, rhubarb, damson, Victoria plum, greengage, quince, and the curious medlar.
