Utterly delicious

The balance of sweet & spicy is perfect & this isn't just for toast or on scones; it's gorgeous as a filling in sponge cakes, warmed slightly & poured over ice cream or even stirred into Greek yogurt. It's my husband's favourite & a couple of jars is always his 'surprise' Christmas table gift.

Best rhubarb and ginger conserve I found try a few and this one comes out best. Nice ginger taste and rhubarb, cheaper buying direct than buy from other sellers.for now I well stock up but now know exactly where to buy next time

Really don’t understand why this product never seems to be available in supermarkets. It is the best version of this flavour combo imo. As long as I can still buy it direct from Tiptree then all is ok in the world. Have found their customer service to be tiptop the one time I’ve had to contact them

Our History

The ‘Tiptree’ story begins around the early 1700s with Trewlands, the farm that was later to become the main site for jam-making in the Essex village of Tiptree. Today, there are some 11,000 inhabitants in what may well be the largest village in the country.

Our farm is LEAF Marque accredited (Linking Environment And Farming), recognising that we work sympathetically with our environment and encourage links with our local community. Fruit crops include strawberries, raspberries, mulberries, Morello cherries, rhubarb, damson, Victoria plum, greengage, quince, and the curious medlar.
