Ingredients
- 4 sheets of filo pastry
- 120g chopped smoked bacon/bacon lardons
- 150g brie
- 100g Tiptree Wild Cranberry Sauce
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C (fan)/gas mark 5. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
Slice each sheet of filo pastry into 5 rectangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside to cool.
Cut the brie into small pieces.
Spread a generous dollop of Tiptree Wild Cranberry Sauce next to the long edge of your first filo rectangle, being careful not to spread it all the way to the edge. Top with a few pieces of brie and crispy bacon.
Brush the edges of the pastry with the melted butter and roll into a cylinder, twisting the edges like a Christmas cracker. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Bake the crackers for 12 minutes. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying whilst they’re hot.
