50ml Damson Gin
2 teaspoons Blackberry jelly
250ml Lemonade
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lemon slices to Garnish
Ice
In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml Tiptree Damson Gin, 2 heaped teaspoons of Tiptree Blackberry Jelly, juice of half a Lemon and a handful of ice.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice Add in the slice of lemons Top with Lemonade.
