Marmalade Negroni

A delicious summer cocktail or apéritif using our Tiptree Tawny Orange Vodka Liqueur, Old Times Marmalade and Apricot Conserve.
Ingredients

1 heaped teaspoon of Tiptree Old Times Fine Cut Marmalade

1 heaped teaspoon of Tiptree Apricot Conserve
-
Ice
-
Hot Water
-
35ml of Campari
-
35ml of Vermouth
-
50ml of Tiptree Tawny Marmalade Vodka Liqueur

1 Orange for Garnish
Directions
Add the Marmalade and Apricot Conserve into a bowl with a very small amount of boiling water and stir until smooth and loose.
Pour the Marmalade and Conserve mix into a cocktail shaker, then add the Campari and ice.
Shake well until blended and strain into a separate glass or jug. (You may wish to double strain.)
Then add the Vermouth and Tawny Marmalade Vodka into the glass or jug and stir well.
Pour over ice and serve with an orange peel.
